Helen explained everything and was very patient in answered all questions we had, so we could understand she advised us in the things we needed to do to get it ready for listing, pictures (which turned out fabulous) and showings. We set a price to get a feel how the market was doing, with a couple of showings, but just over a week later we lowered the price a bit because as we know the market slowed down and we had an offer in 2 days at almost asking price.
