Born and raised in Hamilton and an Ancaster resident for over 20 years, Andrew Monkley brings deep local knowledge and hands-on real estate experience to every client he works with.

Andrew studied Architecture Technology at Mohawk College and has built a career rooted in construction, design, and real-world property experience. He has worked as a general contractor, gained valuable expertise in barrier-free design, and owned and managed residential rental properties. This practical, boots-on-the-ground background allows him to see beyond surface details and truly understand how homes are built, maintained, and valued.

His passion for architecture — particularly architectural history — has always been a driving force behind his interest in homes and real estate. Becoming a REALTOR® was a natural step, driven by his desire to share the knowledge he’s gained over the years and to help clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, Andrew is a dedicated family man. He and his wife are proud parents of three children, along with three cats and one dog that keep life busy and entertaining. He enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, RVing with his family, and is also an automotive enthusiast.
