Nadiia Harashchenko was raised in Lviv, Ukraine, and brings a diverse background with strong ties to both Ukrainian and Cameroonian communities. She has been living in the Niagara region for the past three years and has quickly built strong connections within the area.

With a background in education, Nadiia takes a clear, structured approach to real estate, guiding clients through each step with confidence and care. She is known for her strong knowledge, strategic mindset, and ability to make the process easy to understand, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and protected at every stage.

Nadiia is actively involved in the community through the Ukrainian Sts. Cyril & Methodius Church and the Niagara Cameroonian Association, and previously worked as an academic advisor at Ridley College.

She speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Pidgin, and has a strong passion for languages, with experience studying Polish, Italian, and Swedish, and currently learning French.

Outside of real estate, Nadiia enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her family. She is an experienced traveller, having visited over ten countries across four continents. Her passions include books, great coffee, and exploring new places, and she often spends her weekends hosting open houses or on the road with family.
