Born and raised in Burlington, Paul Hrdlicka brings a strong financial background, analytical mindset, and client-focused approach to real estate. He graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Degree in Economics and a minor in Finance before beginning a successful career with Scotiabank, where he spent nearly a decade working in the automotive division.

Paul started in automotive lending, adjudicating more than $1 million in automotive loans daily, before transitioning to the commercial side of the business where he managed a multi-million-dollar automotive portfolio. His experience in finance, lending, and relationship management gives his clients a major advantage when navigating today’s real estate market.

Now living in Waterdown with his wife and German Shepherd, Diesel, Paul enjoys staying active and living a balanced lifestyle. Whether he’s at the gym, on the basketball court, or out walking the dog, he brings the same energy and discipline into his professional life. In his free time, Paul enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, and following professional sports — especially the Dallas Cowboys, whose games he never misses.
