He holds an Honours Diploma in Business Administration and graduated from the Humber Real Estate Program with an 88% average. Known as a skilled negotiator who never rests, Teo combines a sharp eye for detail with a deep understanding of numbers, return on investment, and market value — making him especially valuable to buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Before entering real estate full-time, Teo managed and maintained over 500 properties across the Hamilton area and spent more than a decade leading a residential renovation team. This background gives him a practical, real-world perspective on construction quality, renovation potential, and long-term property performance.

Outside of real estate, Teo is a devoted father of two boys. He played Junior A hockey with the Burlington Cougars, maintains a three-handicap in golf, and served as a volunteer firefighter for five years — experiences that reflect his discipline, teamwork, and commitment to his community.
