About This Development
St. Jean provided Insider sales support for New Horizon Development Group’s City Square Tower Two in downtown Hamilton. City Square Tower Two was the sequel to the wildly successful City Square Parkside Condos. St. Jean clients received exclusive access to the development before the general public. St. Jean sold over 25% of the building prior to the public opening. The project went on to become one of the fastest selling condo projects in Hamilton at the time.
