About This Development
St. Jean was the official sales agency for The Connolly Condos located on the site of the former James Street Baptist Church. At the time of it’s launch in 2014 The Connolly was proposed to be one of the largest and most expensive buildings in Hamilton history due to it’s state of the art technology.
The project was 80% sold by the end of it’s grand opening launch event, located at the Art Gallery of Hamilton, making it the fastest selling condo in Hamilton history in 2014.
After countless delays on the part of the developer the project went into receivership. The story of The Connolly is still unfolding, stay tuned.
