St. Jean provided Insider sales support for City Square Condos, the first major condo project developed in downtown Hamilton in close to 30 years. New Horizon Development Group recognized the incredible potential Hamilton’s downtown had to offer and foresaw the incredible change that was about to take place. Against all odds New Horizon launched City Square Condos in 2011 and to the suprise of many, sold 90% of the suites in less than 30 days. Through dogged perseverance, great design and creative marketing New Horizon proved it: new condo construction in Hamilton’s downtown worked.
