St. Jean was the official sales agency Vista 2 Condos on Charlton, a luxurious new condo development situated on a plateau overlooking the lower city. Developed  by the VanKleef Development Group, Vista Condos on Charlton comprised a total of approximately 54 suites. Phase 2 was a tremendous success as the building was 95% sold in only 5 hours and sold out entirely before it was available to the public.
