Our Story
The St. Jean family has been selling real estate in Hamilton since 1979. In 2014 they founded St. Jean Realty Inc., a boutique brokerage operation specializing in residential homes, urban condos, lofts, and townhomes. Team St. Jean has sold over 1,000 properties for over $1 billion. Currently with a staff of 3 administrators, 3 support members, and seven licensed sales representatives, St. Jean Realty Inc. is a dominant name in the greater Toronto and Hamilton area (GTHA) real estate marketplace.

The company consists of two sales divisions, re-sale and new sale. A few of the projects handled exclusively by St. Jean Realty Inc. are: Willow Ridge, Woodbank Estates, Vennio Lane Estates, South Hampton Estates, Paradise Meadows, North Hampton Estates, Kendrick Court Estates, Highland Park Estates, Harrogate Executive Towns, Ancaster Meadowlands Phase 2, Hudson Estates, The Connolly Condos and The Tivoli Theatre Condos. 

Founded Exclusively at St. Jean Realty is the St. Jean Insider’s Program. This program was developed as part of the new sales division, to provide investors access to new development investment opportunities normally offered only to the real estate inner circles. St. Jean Realty has worked behind the scenes in a number of well known developments allowing real estate investors access to the hottest development opportunities prior to them becoming available, allowing their clients to purchase at the absolute lowest prices and providing incredible incentives not available to the public. With the St. Jean Insider’s Program we have broken sales records, in one case selling over 100 condos in a single night.
